You can enter by post or by drop in.

Entry Instructions to Flower Show:

Residents of the parishes of Binfield Heath, Eye & Dunsden, Harpsden, & Shiplake, are eligible to enter all classes. Anyone outside these parishes may enter Open classes only.

All entries are free of charge.

Only one entry per exhibitor is allowed in each class.

Each exhibit must be the work of the exhibitor and must be placed in position in the show tent by 10.30 am on Show Day.

Each exhibitor will be allotted a number on a card which will be placed face down by their exhibit.

Cut flowers must be presented in the standard vases supplied by the Committee.

Produce must have been in the possession of the exhibitor for at least two months before the show. Exhibitors' gardens or allotments must be open for inspection by Committee members after entries have been received

Children must give on the entry form their age on show day.

Only judges and committee members may enter the tent during judging.

 

 

Post/Drop in Entry Forms Instruction:

There are a number of ways the forms can be delivered.

Paper forms can be handed in at the Binfield Heath Village Stores or the Corner Shop Lower Shiplake.
